So he retired from real estate and has formed this company along with a very knowledgeable real estate lawyer to guide the buyers make the decisions that are beneficial solely to them and in the process keep thousands of dollars in their pockets during real estate transactions
Yasmin Nakhuda is a seasoned legal professional who graduated from the University of Windsor with 25 years of expertise in real estate law, including purchase and sale transactions, power of sales, mortgage financing, wills and estates, and commercial law.
She runs a successful solo practice in Scarborough with a team of five law clerks and collaborates with a network of lawyers and paralegals regulated by the Law Society of Canada.
Yasmin, a recognized notary public, is also a mentor to articling students and lawyers, fluent in French, and a devoted mother of two. In her spare time, she enjoys the tranquility of her farm in Pontypool, which is home to over two dozen animal residents, including horses, lemurs, monkeys, and parrots, reflecting her love for nature and wildlife.
